Where We Started
Built By Josh LLC started with a passion for craftsmanship and quality. Josh began his career in the pharmaceutical field, where attention to detail and problem-solving were essential. However, his desire to work with his hands and create something lasting led him to transition into construction, a path strongly influenced by his father, Bryan McKinney, a seasoned general contractor. Bryan’s lifelong experience in the field helped guide Josh as he made the leap into building and renovating homes.
After gaining years of experience as a project manager and working for other contractors, Josh began taking on his own side projects, eventually deciding to branch out on his own. A year ago, Built By Josh LLC became a reality. Today, we’re dedicated to renovating existing homes and building new ones from the ground up, helping homeowners bring their dreams to life with care and precision.
