New Tenant Preparation

A refresh project in preparation for a new tenant.

We fully restored this home about three years ago and it’s always nice coming back to check in and help keep it in it’s beautiful state.

I personally love this build. The Tall ceilings, a open kitchen/ living area, and a very efficient bath/washroom.
