Small Water Damage Job

A small water damage job. The issue was an over shooting gutter not securely attached to the homes facia board.

We cut two holes to explore the damage. One small 4in. X 12in. Above the window where paint and drywall experienced moisture and one larger 4ft. X 5ft. For exploring the sheeting to assure no further damage was present.

Once we properly installed the gutter and flashed the roof vents we went inside to patch and finish out two cuts.

Once finished it was as simple as priming and painting the ceiling and rear main wall of the home.
