12' x 16' Deck

This deck is set on 12” centers and double banded for strength as well as appearance (decking boards have no wave when laid on shortened centers).

The trex rain escape system was installed in between joist bays to channel water into the guttering system beneath leaving the bays completely dry from all weathering.

The new Timbertec PVC facia boards were laid with hidden seams by an improved joint practice leaving no exposed edges.

The top edge of the facia was then sealed prior to installing the new decking.

The new PVC (cool to the touch even in blistering summer heat) decking was installed in a picture frame layout throughout. The install was provided by using the hidden fasteners with plugs along side camo attachment spacing.

The new Trex Elevation rails were installed and into the preplanned PT framing below leaving a strong rigid and beautiful design behind.

The sub structure was invaded using vinyl soffit and metal to fully inclose this design.
